Arising
July 10, 2019
We fall
into life
crashing
and splashing
mirrors.
Trading parts,
we stream
forking
and merging
over
and over again.
Greeting goodbyes,
and slow to cry,
our voices
trickle
and erode
memories.
Down rocky faces,
we embrace
one final time.
Pooled years –
now mossy mist,
we left the world
random
and unfinished.
Only parts of us
remain
rising.
